Opening new 5G facility

We are excited to announce the opening of our new private 5G testing facility at RoboHouse’s AgriFood Greenhouse on June 19th.

Our 5G experimenting environments offer unique opportunities for entrepreneurs to develop and test custom-made digital applications and sensor-based technologies.

Join us in opening this brand-new facility!

The new facility at RoboHouse is the latest addition to the series of private 5G networks established by Do IoT Fieldlab across various partner fieldlabs and the TU Delft campus. These networks have been instrumental in fostering collaboration among scientists, entrepreneurs, and government organisations.

Press release: Launch of FNS Testbed

Today, the National 6G Testbed officially goes live. This initiative offers Dutch SMEs and startups the chance to develop, test and validate 6G applications under realistic conditions – well before the future rollout of 6G. The testbed includes the latest mobile communication infrastructure and is embedded in a network of five regional 6G Field Labs. These technologies go beyond 5G and form the foundation for the development of 6G. The programme is part of Future Network Services (FNS), for which TNO acts as lead partner.
